They all are, technically. Casting is based on height, Mickey is between 5'1-5'3" IIRC so most of the people who play Mickey are women.

Backstage (cast member jargon for "where guests aren't allowed") exists although they'd definitely fire someone for posting something like this online. I used to hang out with one of the Goofy actors at the smokers table when I worked at Disney. I think most of the pics are not Disney, but one of them looks like backstage of one of the parks - the one with the car in the background.
