Use the Troubleshoot Section and simply follow the steps for the Unlicensed (Non-AGS) popup, no need for new account or full clean if guide sections are followed properly.

Yes, I'm having the same problem.
Using GenP v4.0.4, tried the hosts file update, tried WinTrust which has always worked before but not now.
GenP v4.0.4 with or without WinTrust is not working properly as far as I can tell.
There is a temporary fix that should hold you over until next genp.

I have a pihole in my network so it was a little easier for me.
