I think Israel is the only country in the world that is legally allowed to publicly kidnap people in a different country with no warrant.

Can you imagine the outrage and the immediate action if Iran or Russia sent agents to kidnap people in Greek territory?

Bruh the US recently kidnapped the goddamn president of a sovereign country

That are war crimes done during an invasion, kidnapping citizens from another country while in another country is a different thing.

Even if they were terrorists on a wanted list (they weren't), the right course of action is to flag the local authorities and ask them to arrest, not send the army to invade and kidnap.

I don't have to imagine because the outrage exists and the west is punishing Russia for it while claimed to be outraged about Israel's actions but have a normal relation with it.

And you call that "immediate action"? I'm fine with you having opinions about countries, but don't act as if you're being impartial and logical about it.

[–] Maeve@kbin.earth 1 points 1 week ago

I mean "Israel" being the proxy for USA.

Fun fact: cracks are showing in the IDF, and Israeli political elites are already demanding a new draft code that includes the currently excluded Ultra Orthodox Jews., which is political suicide.

Here's hoping the entire state collapses asap and these genocidal freaks are sent to the Hague

[–] Wataba@sh.itjust.works 2 points 2 weeks ago

It is morally acceptable to beat Israelis to a pulp.

High seas piracy, followed by false imprisonment for things that arent crimes, and rape and beating of the detainees. And the US and EU countries whose citizens were abused and raped say and do nothing at all about it. But if you complain too loudly about it you're being antisemitic, which is evidently the worst thing you can be.
