Probably because it’s a reflection in a dirty mirror, and this photo is cropped from a larger image.
Someone e tried to clean up the image, but the fog around the elbow in the mirror didn't get transferred, so the arm looks weird.
Something about that right arm. I can't put my finger on it.
Yeah of course you can't, doing otherwise unconsensually would be a bit weird
