If I go to Hormuz with some digging equipment and dig a channel trough Dubai, will I have solved the oil crisis?

It's all sand afterall, ain't it?

Er, no. A good deal of it is challenging mountainous terrain. Sorry to disappoint you.

Rocks are compressed sand, so we relax them a bit. Let them decompress, then dig them away.

Sounds like a flawless plan. Should only take a few million years for the mountains to "decompress"... 😊

Now, Who said I am in hurry....

Grabbing a beer and chilling while waiting.

What if you connected the Great Lakes, Pacific, Atlantic, and Rio Grande all together? That would also solve the issue.

The one between the areas currently controlled by Mexico and USA. If you connect it to the Pacific, the Atlantic and the Lakes… you know, Hormuz stops being a problem.

Colorado, New Mexico, Mexico, and Texas

All of the 4 do not belong to the USA.

What are you saying ?? Trump's commissioned the Pentagon bomber fleets for that sand ⏳, and you intend to solve the oil crisis simply with your digging equipment ??🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I have a shovel, a very good one. In fact, I know more about shovels than anybody else .

better solution: just dig a ditch and make an oil river

[–] Shimitar@downonthestreet.eu 1 points 3 days ago

I love that... You can also save on oil usage too... And you don't even need the boats to carry it...

Wait, what if we enclose that ditch like, with a cover, something round around it, like to keep it from being diluted by rain or evaporated by sun?

Like a tunnel, or a pipe ...
