Businesses with more than say 500 employees should be required to repay the government for Medicaid expenses if any of their employees qualify.
At that size, the business can both pay a high enough wage and provide enough hours, that none of their employees should qualify.
We need to stop subsidizing big business, they can pay for their shit.
