That would be for federal cases, no? She was physically present at a lot of the locations where ICE terrorized the public. Clearly I am not a lawyer, but they must be able to investigate and eventually charge her for at least some of her crimes at a state level?
She'll get hers eventually. Revenge is a dish best served cold. It will so much more satisfying when she thinks shes gotten away with it, and the authorities come in and destroy her life.
