In case you had any doubt what this whole Iran affair is really about...

[–] outofthisworld@lemmy.org 59 points 1 week ago (15 children)

When the United States fakes an attack on US soil by Iran, Trump will be able to declare martial law without pushback. Once he has that kind of control he will destroy the Epstein files permanently. He will also never give up martial law and will become a dictator that will pass on to other dictators for the next hundred years. This is the future of the United States of America unless the man is taken care of.

The worst of it is already gone if I had to guess. When the FBI got hacked it lost 100TB of data relating to the investigation. 100TB ain't gonna be emails, that's media.

[–] outofthisworld@lemmy.org 25 points 1 week ago

People don’t lose data from being hacked. The FBI has backups of backups. Even I can’t “lose a file” if I tried because everything I do has very basic consumer level backups. If they “lost” something, it was destroyed internally… and even still there’s probably a copy.

That's why it is important to make everyone you know expect it. If enough people don't get fooled, then this won't work.

I'm actually worried about 4th of July. Fascists love dates and numbers and it is 250 anniversary of US.

Ten bucks says he declares Marshal Law instead.

[–] outofthisworld@lemmy.org 7 points 1 week ago (2 children)

I’m not taking that bet. I don’t like to lose money hahahah.

My guess is he does it in October before the midterms so he can hassle voters or cancel elections.

With the USPS timestamps, SAVE act, etc there’s just no way the election is going to be fair.

The USA is dead. The fall of the USSR is going to look like utopia.

I don't think this is even true. It is more that media (owned by the same elites) can temporarily escape to Iran so they report it.

Meanwhile the records about victim's interview that they were hiding were released and they look quite bad.

[–] henfredemars@infosec.pub 6 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Yes. Operation Epstein Fury.

My interest hasn’t plummeted, I just haven’t been reading as many news articles about it because there hasn’t been as many.

Please tell me this report isn’t that fucking stupid

[–] naught101@lemmy.world 39 points 1 week ago

Interest from mainstream journalists, obviously, duh

[–] NottaLottaOcelot@lemmy.ca 7 points 1 week ago

In shocking news: people read fewer articles about a subject when the articles aren’t available!

The Iran War, [what would famously be known as the Epstein War,] began at the most convenient time possible for the PedophileOTUS. The name fits, arguably better than Microslop.

The coverage has dropped off from anyone but Indy sources.

[–] FrChazzz@lemmus.org 6 points 1 week ago

Among the first things I saw on local news this morning was the story about the released files. It sat right above the post about the US preparing for a "surge" in Iran and I can't help but think that some editor knew what they were doing.

Not amongst quality people it didn't.

Trump raped kids.

[–] foggy@lemmy.world 10 points 1 week ago

There are almost definitely greater than 0 human skeletons buried at his golf courses.

[–] switcheroo@lemmy.world 35 points 1 week ago (1 children)

That is what main stream media (owned by the billionaires licking between Shitler's toes) WANTS you to think. They WANT you to stop talking about it.

Don't fall for their bullshit.

KEEP TALKING ABOUT IT AND DON'T LET UP!

Where are the TRUMPSTEIN FILES! Release the TRUMPSTEIN FILES! Prove you didn't rape children, didn't EAT CHILDREN and have them killed! If you didn't do it, you should be happy to show that you didn't fucking do it.

I mean nope. just because a mountain range overshadows a single mountain in it does not mean it disapears.

[–] Binturong@lemmy.ca 23 points 1 week ago

Forgive me for not believing one unaccountable analyst. I still see and hear people talking about the files all around me constantly.

[–] Itdidnttrickledown@lemmy.world 19 points 1 week ago

No it didn't. The media has an excuse to ignore it more.

[–] Ghostie@lemmy.zip 18 points 1 week ago

Fuck off, Shaiel. They haven’t.

[–] rogsson@piefed.social 15 points 1 week ago

So where are those files?

[–] Sam_Bass@lemmy.world 15 points 1 week ago

That Anal list is wrong

[–] Snapz@lemmy.world 13 points 1 week ago

Well if, "analyst says" I guess we just pack it up, boys...

[–] bluegreenpurplepink@lemmy.world 13 points 1 week ago

I will always be interested in and never forget what started the Epstein War in Iran.

[–] Etterra@discuss.online 13 points 1 week ago (2 children)

Operation ~~Epic Fury~~ Epstein Files will not distract us from the fact that the Orange Jackass is covering up the Epstein Files.

If this is true his distraction really worked. But thanks to Kimmel and Colbert, they keep on reminding the public that watch them. Every night. 😁

RELEASE THE PEDO-TRUMP FILES!

[–] kmartburrito@lemmy.world 9 points 1 week ago (1 children)

It isn’t about the files FFS. Nobody is prosecuting him. Nobody. Just another distraction focusing everyone’s attention away from trump doing his best to seize permanent power.

Oh, an they might lift oil sanctions on Russia. Way to go, rewarding the country helping Iran send bombs to US bases.

[–] Cantaloupe@lemmy.fedioasis.cc 8 points 1 week ago

Only cattle will forget.

[–] tonytins@pawb.social 8 points 1 week ago

Sounds like a mighty big cover up, 10-4.

[–] Randelung@lemmy.world 7 points 1 week ago

Whose interest?

[–] ZILtoid1991@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago

We need to overload them!

[–] TommySoda@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (2 children)

I still see posts all over the internet every day about the files. I think it's also that there hasn't been any new files or revelations since the Iran war started except for that dump yesterday. It's not that there's less interest, it's that those that are intensely interested are either still going through them or waiting for the next big thing like when (former) prince Andrew was arrested. I'm sure as soon as the next big thing comes up it'll jump right back up. And I'm sure in that same week the war will escalate. It's just a big tug o' war on our attention spans.

[–] drunkpostdisaster@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago

Well, yeah, Iran is a new thing happening. The epstein files have been a thing for years. Its not people callously forgetting about them, they got released and nothing came of it and now we are at war with Iran. Trump might as well just come out with it his fan base will still support him.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago

Why, it's almost like it was intentionally timed to do just that!
