Medicare and Medicaid are the US's universal healthcare programs for older and low-income people. They've faced steep cuts in funding since Trump came to power, particularly in rural areas.

New research in Rwanda and Pakistan shows LLMs can outperform human doctors in diagnostic success. We're heading for a world where everyone gets the same standard of AI healthcare, and it's near free & universally accessible. It will be a big improvement in Rwanda and Pakistan, and it will probably be an improvement for poorer people in developed countries, too.

Unfortunately chatbots cannot currently be trusted to supply appropriate responses to medical questions and any ideas coming from cronies of the sex predator grifter fash regime should be dismissed as yet more grifter woo until proven otherwise

The only times I needed to call medicaid have been to get a human on the phone to correct extremely stupid mistakes made by their automated systems. It's fair to assume that the role of AI chatbots will be to prevent any such common sense sanity checks from ever happening and deny healthcare from people who are entitled to it. The people running the show now obviously don't want us to have access to healthcare, they want us desperate enslaved and dead.
