late XIX early XX military fashion is so cool actually, idk. And this costume in particular is better than a plain classic men's wedding attire anyway. Like, women got all those different cool-looking wedding dresses, different forms, different shapes... And what men got? A plain effing classic suit, the same you'd wear to a business meeting. Yuck.

That's the most beautifully gender-neutral item of clothing I have ever seen
This is my dream.
Maybe not this particular getup but I remember seeing some earthy tone capes that looked a bit like what you'd expect Aragorn or the hobbits to be wearing, but not that similar that it looks like a cosplay, and those looked pretty comfy and practical (didn't drag on the floor).
Idk personally im not a fan of monarchist clothes, granted im also not a fan of the capitalist suit
