Before seeing the thread's text, I looked at the picture and I initially thought those people were kneeing and worshiping some Orange statue by Orange's orders. It's not, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were the thing happening there 😆
It really looks like everyone is ogling a turd the other asshole left behind and getting ready to either praise it, or blame the circumstance on some marginalized group.
Edit: are they looking at the person that had health issues? Sorry, I thought this was just some random pic.
Pretty much every person in the oval office at this point in time is also a turd. So no need to apologize

I don't fucking know what to do, especially in such sudden situations, I just freeze. Perhaps call emergency and do what they tell me. But if others already did whatever the proper thing is, then what?
I was in a somewhat similar situation, and I had no idea what to do, if anything. It's weird to just... be there, but otherwise...? I mean, there were nurses as this was in a waiting room/rest area who handled it, but maybe I should have... something?
Not trying to make Trump seem better, I just relate to his lack of thought here.
