To maximise reuse and transparency, any jointly developed software is by default released under Free and Open-Source licences.
Please, also on selfhosted infrastructure. Put it on forgejo, if it really is necessary Gitlab, or write your own sourceforge. Just please dont put it on github.
Coming milestones planned include the official recruitment of the Director and founding team, and launch of a DEP support project.
If th y get a director from a US company, it will be a great way to torpedo the entire project. Hopefully they tap somebody working in opensource or at least has opensource values.
