I think there's an error in this one

The only mech highlighted is Zara, who explicitly has an Innocent above her. Instead I solved by picking Xia (a clown) and saying above her was a Criminal. unless I was really lucky, of course.

Mistake?

By the time I got to this one, Xia was showing up as a mech instead of a clown. I assume the puzzle was changed in the last hour.
