Without even clicking the link I'm going to assume this is another sensational article written about limited study with mildly interesting findings that haven't been repeated yet, but will be extrapolated by the media to make people think that eating one bite of chicken will cause them to fall over and die immediately.
"Researchers found health risk associated with excess white meat consumption" Yeah, no shit. Too much water will hurt you, too.
The headline is using the phrase "good for you" to mean "you can eat a lot of it all the time," which is true of few foods and certainly not fucking meat.
