Voyager for Lemmy is excellent. How is Piefed support?

I am interested in features such as scheduled posts, tag support, "batching" of comments for spots with the same URL.

Haven’t tried tagging or scheduling posts, but combining duplicate posts doesn’t work yet in voyager and that’s the only feature I really miss from the PWA. Otherwise piefed on voyager works pretty smoothly even if lemmy is the main focus, /u/aeharding@piefed.social has done a great job

Thanks for the feedback.

Agreed, Voyager is an excellent app!

Honestly sometimes it works well sometimes not at all. It’s very hit or miss for me.

Hence why I’m on my dbzer0 account rn and not my anarchist.nexus one

Not a user myself, but from what I heard it's getting there. You might consider !summit@lemmy.world or !mlemapp@lemmy.ml as well depending on your OS

Edit: the alternative to make sure to have all the features you listed is to use Piefed as a PWA, but it depends if you are okay with that

Might have to explore the PWA route. I don't mind trying new apps, but I feel Piefed/Lemmy support are conceptually close enough to be serviced by one app.

Down the line they should be, but the Piefed API got recently reworked, and a few features are still being made available, at least with PWA you're sure to be able to do everything
