quitting smoking or going vegan are good examples. If someone does the correct mental gymnastics, a dream can catalyze the change, or hearing a specific song, or even tossing a stone in a river with the correct mindset. ultimately the power is within the individual and anything anywhen is able to be the catalyst of change. This wisdom is an understanding of that.

it's like folk healing. often, people need a reason for change. The key is that the reason is within them and via their interpretation of reality they can create it themself.
