A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

I enjoyed FO4 way more than the community, I know it’s lacking a bit in some areas but behind Skyrim it’s my favourite game to mod. The common criticisms just didn’t bother me I guess. I put nearly a thousand hours into it (mostly modding) and had a blast the whole time. I hope you enjoy it like I did and not like the general community did.

My work buddies and I started replaying Pokémon Black and White together. It's a lot of fun, and it has been long enough that it's like experiencing it for the first time. There are private servers now that enable the online content (since the official ones were taken down).
I did not realize the first time around just how much the plot was a takedown of fascism, but given recent political events, it is a little on the nose. But they did an impressive job of exploring the reasons people might be radicalized and truly believe that they're in the right just because they're following a charismatic leader (even one who very obviously doesn't have their best interests in mind), and in a way that kids could understand.
