Not the gross incompetence and reckless disregard for the health and wellbeing of actual human beings?
Get your priorities in order
Well they cannot ask him to resign because of his incompetence, because they would argue that incompetence is subjective. But this is a very probable cause for action...
Negligent homicide is a probable cause, objectively too, one would hope.
