Who's her and how it's related to technology?
Not OP, but I looked her up:
She’s a “former Philippines mayor, accused of ties to Chinese criminal syndicates and money laundering” (Reuters). I guess the tech part is the SIM card thing?
So at this point if a piece of technology is used at any point during the news story it should be on here?
It's hardly news that police can track phones is it, I remember watching CSI and them doing that back in the '90s.
Seriously? Can't wait to rotate pictures in 3D, Deckard style.
