I'm still pissed that they won't discount their game. They're very adamant that they set an appropriate price and they refuse to take part in game sales. Personally, I've played their game and I didn't feel it's worth the price tag.
Joke's on them, though. I got a Steam key in a game bundle through a reseller site. Spent like $10 for a dozen games and Factorio was one of them.
They give out a free demo. For those who enjoy... REALLY enjoy it and it's well worth the price. Try the demo, if it's not for you, don't buy it. If you wake up at your desk and are not sure when it became Wednesday, give them some money.
I pirated it originally to try out the full version, and I liked it so much I bought the game. I really love it and the modding community is massive.

I pirated the 0.6 version, and it was... Average.
Then I pirated 0.7, loved it. Bought the game. 5500 hours later....
