Hes the Swedish chef tho, not the Norwegian chef.
Norwegian is just Swedish with a somewhat hot potato in your mouth. Plus you need to be jumping up and down while speaking.
(And Danish is the same but with a scalding potato in your mouth, but no jumping.)
