On deflock.me it usually tells you who put them in. If it's the police department then it's just on likely busy road.
They say operated by unknown. And it's not a busy road at all. I think I'm gonna take a ride by there and see what's up cause the location makes zero sense to me.
Well now I'm curious too!
I drove by it yesterday and couldn't find anything. No devices that seemed out of place. So I'm guessing someone has either labeled the wrong place, or they just don't exist there anymore.
