I heard when Mexico and the USA get in a trade dispute, Mexico stops shipping those specific goods north until the USA caves. Perhaps we should do the same.
Stop shipping critical items to the USA, such as potash and softwood lumber. They can't produce enough domestically and need to import.
There is plenty of money to pay the businesses and workers if we cut the military spending from 5% down to 1% and put the border security back to where is was when all this trade crap started.
Carney needs to play hardball, it's the only thing Trump understands.
I'm with you.
It wouldn't be surprising at this point if he used this as an excuse to invade Canada.
If he does invade, and our military hands out guns, remember one thing ... soldiers don't wear body armour on their faces.
Just hand out a bunch of knives.
