I don't read much manga, so perhaps this is a common title but "Inside Mari" resonated with me on a substantial level. I only know of it from being posted about it in a few trans spaces. If you haven't read it, I'd recommend to going in blind. It seems like a cliche freaky friday body swap but it's something much different.
I have read Inside Mari in its entirety and it does not actually qualify as being gender bender even though some sites tag it as such because

Mari actually has a psychological illness that makes her beleive she is a man that body swapped with her, no body swap actually occurs
It also has some straight stuff in earlier chapters
Inside Mari was my first manga and I love all of Oshimi Shuzou's work
