Yeah, really confused about this setup. It looks too small for a full adult as well? And no sign of sheets and pillows.
This is probably a dorm room for a US university
Extra long twin (long as a king, wide as a twin) is pretty standard for US universities. But the drawer-sets-as-bed-frame is also dorm standard.
