The worst part is the empathy in my brain still wants to react with sadness to seeing someone about to cry.

I know this man is pure evil and deserves worse than some hurt feelings. My darn brain doesn't quite get that.

Not all psychopaths are antisocial. It's in your best interest to do the right thing especially when you're lower in the hierarchy. But to be honest, it's really the inner circles of a lot of these people that are that real issue. Even Hitler had an inner circle.
