Even Windows is trying to hide the file system. It shouldn't do it, it is a stupid idea by Microsoft, but let's not blame kids for the idiotic decisions some guys in the big tech companies are doing.

Hiding file extensions is one of the worst decisions they made.

I don't blame the kids for not knowing stuff, that's usually a systemic error, but I will blame them for refusing to learn.
