Where are you trying to access it from? It's possible local authorities have blocked access to the site. In such a case you will likely have to access it through a VPN. I suggest Mullvad or Proton (no logs).

TOR doesn't need registration/payment. It's made for bypassing restrictions, but can be slow and somtimes the destination blocks it because past attackers were using it.
