These days, anyone in the US halfway cool or likable is declared a terrorist. New enemies of the state are minted daily. The new god-tier has escalated to named enemy of the state.
For that moniker you have to do, say, or make something that helps enough of the wrong people or threatens enough fragile men — e.g., the badass mom DoJ declared a terrorist software developer last week for her Google MyMap of companies profiting from ICE kidnappings.
