You have three aspects.

Mental, spiritual, and physical.

Physical is pretty straightforward. Find an activity you enjoy and practice it. Some people want to dance, some want to run, some want to swim. There are hundreds of choices.

Mental. Learning how you learn is the key. Some people need to be hands on; some people can learn by just reading; others need a combination of different types of learning.

Studies have shown that writing with a pen [or pencil] is better than using a computer.

Spiritual. Meditation and mindfulness. Many people think they can't meditate, but anyone can do it. It's just slower for some folks. Even making yourself calm for one inhalation is a start.

Mindfulness starts with simple gratitude. Make a list of the things you are grateful for.

Children are great at learning.

Carl Sagan said that when he lectured grade school kids they asked brilliant and insightful questions, and when he talked to high school kids they mostly acted bored and distracted. Sagan said that the education system seemed to teach people to shut up and conform.

Not seemed.... It does !! When they ask you to conform, they actually tell you to stop being unique !!!
