We have identified an issue where certain voicelines of Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault, added with Mar. 5th Scheduled Update, are not playing.

[ Issue Details ]

  • An issue where, when Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault uses a Skill, certain voicelines that are supposed to trigger do not play

[ Issue Cause ]

  • This issue occurred during the Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault's combat animation development, due to certain animations not being connected to their corresponding voicelines.

[ Issue Fix ETA ]

  • Mar. 12th Scheduled Update

※ We had initially intended to deploy this bug fix as a hotfix, but it has additionally been identified that certain conditional voices require making modifications to the game's code. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that this issue will be addressed via the Mar. 12th Scheduled Update.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have deployed a hotfix to address certain issues identified in ver. 1.100.0, updated Mar. 5th.
Furthermore, we have identified a part of Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault's Support Passive text that could be interpreted differently from our intent. We will update the passive effect's behavior to match its description, making it easier to activate.

[Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault Support Passive Fix]
※ Relevant Effect : - For this turn, if all Base Attack Skills equipped on allied Skill Slots are Pierce Skills, all allies heal 10 SP at Turn End

  • Before : This Skill was supposed to activate only when, for this turn, Pierce Base Skills are equipped on "all" allied Skill Slots - After : This Skill will now activate when, for this turn, all equipped Base Attack Skills are Pierce Skills (will trigger even when E.G.O or Defense Skills are equipped as well, as long as all equipped Base Attack Skills are Pierce Skills)
    ※ The Support Passive's description will not be changed; only its behavior will be adjusted.

However, the current in-game description may lead to the interpretation that the effect triggers when , .

※ Taking into consideration that this Identity is a Walpurgis Night Identity, and that the description has room for different interpretations, we will be updating the Support Passive's behavior to match its current description, which allows for an easier activation of the effect.

However, as applying changes to the Support Passive requires a Client Build & review from the respective marketplaces, please understand that these changes will be applied via our next Scheduled Update.

We sincerely apologize for the unclear phrasing in the passive description.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

An issue was identified where, after the Feb. 19th Scheduled Update, using Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket (including ver. 2 and ver. 3) could cause the game to enhance an Identity that the user did not select.

[ Issue ]
▶ An issue where, when using a Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket (including ver. 2 and ver. 3), there were rare cases where a different Identity than the selected Identity would be upgraded

[ Issue Occurrence Date & Affected Areas ]
▶ We have identified that the deployment of Feb. 19th, 2026's Bug Fixes & Improvements, which included the implementation of "optimization code to prevent lagging issues when using Identity Takeoff Ticket," causes the issue to trigger when using Takeoff Module - ID Uptie and Identity Takeoff Ticket (including ver.2 and ver.3).

[ Cause ]
▶ In order to alleviate the inconvenience caused by framerate drops that occurred when loading a full list of Identities to the in-game UI, we implemented an optimization code so that any slots that weren't visible to the user were asynchronously loaded to the game.
However, once that optimization was implemented, selecting certain Identities could cause incorrect Identity data to be relayed, causing the game to select a different Identity than the one the user selected.

[ Issue Fix ]
▶ As a temporary fix, we will roll back this optimization code deployment and prevent issues with selecting Identities. However, please note that frame rate drops may occur in the selection menu due to this rollback.
▶ An issue-free version of the optimization code will be deployed with the Mar. 12th (Thu) Scheduled Update.

[ Fix Deployment ETA ]

  • 2026.03.05 12:00(KST)
  • This issue will be resolved via the Mar. 5th Scheduled Maintenance.

[ Subsequent Measures ]
▶ If you have encountered this issue between Feb. 19th and Mar. 5th 10:00 (KST; issue fix date), please send the details of your issue to our customer service email with your UID, and we will assist with restoring your affected items and Identities.

  • Restoration Period : All Managers who have submitted a customer service email before Mar. 31st (Tue), 18:00 (KST)
  • Restoration Recipients : All Managers who have used Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket between Feb. 19th 12:00 (KST) ~ Mar. 5th 10:00 (KST), but have had the upgrade applied to a different Identity than the one selected
  • Restorable Resources
  1. Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket
  2. Identity (The Identity will be restored to Uptie Tier 1 and Level 1)
  3. Any resources used on the Identity from #2 for Uptying and Leveling prior to using Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Tickets

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where the sales period for "The Index Nursefather Yi Sang Identity Growth Pack" is mislabeled.

  1. Issue

Although the actual end date of "The Index Nursefather Yi Sang Identity Growth Pack" is Mar. 5th, we have identified an issue where the in-game data lists "Mar. 26th" as the actual end date of the package's availability.

This means that the in-game text for this package lists a period of availability that extends beyond its actual end date.

(※ The Target Extraction Pack is unaffected by this issue, and lists the accurate end date.)

  1. Cause

After a review, we have discovered that the package's end-date was labeled correctly upon its release.

However, it has been identified that, in the process of preparing for the release of 3rd Anniversary Packs, which were released with the Feb. 26th Scheduled Update, the end period of this pre-existing package was mistakenly adjusted.

  1. Solution

As the in-game text lists "The Index Nursefather Yi Sang Identity Growth Pack" to be available until Mar. 26th, we will be maintaining its availability through to the labeled date (Mar. 26th).

(Please note that, though its availability date has been extended, its per-account purchase limit will remain "once-per-account" and will not be reset.)

Though this extended availability was not our intention, we determined that the disparity between in-game information and the actual availability date could cause confusion; therefore, we have decided to extend the availability to match the text that is shown in-game.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by this sales period mislabeling error.

  1. Future measures

We will further reinforce our review process for preexisting packages' sales period when adding new packages to the game, so that no similar issue occurs again in the future.

Cursed E.G.O Gifts were added with the Feb. 26, 2026 Scheduled Update.
However, we have identified that the Cursed E.G.O Gifts' various functions are not working correctly at the moment.

As addressing these issues requires changes to the game's internal logic, they cannot be fixed today via a hotfix.

We ask for your understanding that this issue will be fixed with the next Scheduled Update.

▶ In the process of separating game logics based on update content, Cursed E.G.O Gift logic that should have been included were not reflected in the game build

Following the Feb. 26th, 2026 Scheduled Update, we have identified an issue in the Mirror Dungeon where Cursed E.G.O Gift Choice Events would not appear. We would like to provide details regarding the hotfix schedule and the issue.

[Issue Details]
▶ Cursed E.G.O Gift Choice Events, which were added with the Feb. 26th Scheduled Update, would not appear

[Cause of the Issue]
▶ While implementing an exception logic so that Choice Events featuring Cursed E.G.O Gifts would appear only on Hard Difficulty, an error occurred that prevented them from appearing on both Normal and Hard Difficulties

[Issue Fix]
▶ The issue has been corrected so that the relevant Choice Events will properly appear on Hard difficulty

[Post-Fix Impact]
▶ Once the hotfix is applied, Cursed E.G.O Gift Choice Events will appear at a set probability in Mirror Dungeon Hard after selecting a Floor Theme Pack.

[Hotfix Schedule]

  • Feb. 27th (Fri) 11:30 (KST)
  • The timing may vary by approximately 10 minutes.

※ The hotfix will be applied upon reconnecting to the game and will not require a version update.

▶ Fixed an issue where "Identity Takeoff Ticket" could not be used to Uptie an Identity that has reached the pre-60 max level cap limited by story progress

▶ Fixed an issue where, after changing the Team loadout in a Mirror Dungeon run, the Skill Replacement UI would show the newly-loaded Identity's Skills corresponding to the Uptie Tiers of the Identity it replaced

▶ Fixed an issue where, under certain circumstances, Identities that fit the condition did not appear for Skill Replacements in Mirror Dungeon Shops after replacing their Skill 1 with Skill 2

▶ Fixed an issue where using the Skill Replacement function in Mirror Dungeon Shops did not update the number of Skills owned

[ Known Issues After ver. 1.99.1 Update ]

▶ (AOS, iOS) An issue where, on mobile devices, viewing detailed information for Identities or E.G.O does not load their respective illustrations

▶ An issue where entering the Mirror Dungeon Team loadout menu causes the fade-to-black animation to play awkwardly

▶ An issue where post-Mirror Dungeon UI for obtained items causes Starlight to appear

▶ An issue where viewing the announcement in the Window UI does not remove the red notification marker

▶ An issue where the game could freeze when battling certain enemies while carrying the E.G.O Gift "Omni-tool"
※ This issue is occurring in Encounters against enemies that enter with hidden parts, such as Faelantern or Muddled Heishou of the Corpse Palanquin
