Can anyone help me figure this out?

I thought it was totally absent, which is why I went to ToolsCustomize and looked for it, but once I found where it would normally be put, it was apparently already checked! Yet I don't see it... I have no idea of what to do.

And no, it's not in the drop-down arrow by the "U," which is only more customization of the underline.

I thought in other word processors you could simply right-click them and find a "delete" button, but there seems to be no such thing in LO Writer. Does anyone have any leads? Much appreciated!

Solved by u/[email protected] Thanks! A setting: Choose Data - Calculate - AutoCalculate.

Hi all,

I’m experiencing an issue in LibreOffice Calc where I have several columns that check a single column for any value (i.e., not blank) before showing their own values. Whenever I make changes, I need to press F9 to correctly update and show the edited values.

For example, I’m using the following formula: =IF(s1+"","",IF(n1>5,"big","little"))

Instead of showing "big" or "little," it shows "0" until I press F9. After pressing F9, it updates to "big" or "little" based on the condition for s1.

Some context:

My setup: LibreOffice Calc 7.4.7.2, running on Linux Debian

My wife's setup: LibreOffice Calc 7.3.4.2, running on Windows, and her spreadsheet works as expected without needing to press F9.

This issue started about 11 days ago, and it used to work correctly before.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I want a bit of help from community.

My native language support is not working on libre office. It's a small country so the person who added support long time ago probably didn't look back after the version changes so the files no longer are compatible (i think that's why it's not working). I can offer to maintain the dictionary file for my language, as well as add more words and such. How do I go about that?

I also am a bit afraid of having to compile the whole suit to test for changes on dictionary. But if there's no other options I can do it.

I remember first hearing about it a few years back but after that I didn't hear anything about it again so I decided to check. Seems like its still under development. I would have built it but the source code is ~6 gb which is probably too much for my relatively dated computer (to build).

How has it helped you get through your courses?

I’m wanting to create a heat map to present data in a visually appealing way of the world.

I'm switching all of my stuff to LibreOffice to smoothen the transition from Macos to Linux as I want to have everything consistent knowing where everything is in the ui through muscle memory.
