"rarity years down the line" ain't true of course. There is no reason to ever buy these as an investment.

On the subject of MK Ultra we shouldn't forget Canada also has some culpability there.
That seems unlikely. More probably some random user put you on his own personal block list no one uses.
According to the video they just needed to be on the same network not physically connected to the TV. If that was accurate....
