Are just the specific http/SSH ports blocked?

I have the same problem, I think the ISP blocks incoming traffic to residential IPs (non static).

I once tried to log in into my arch workstation, and the password just didn't work. I had used that password and had not switched distros for 6+ months, and one day it started saying that my password is incorrect. Not just the user password but also the root password. Stopped using arch since that day

Void because I don't like gnome, primarily because it uses more than 50% of my resources, so I need something lightweight and have had bad experience with arch. I've had some hiccups with void but it wasn't something I couldn't fix. The downside is that it there are no package repository mirrors in my region, and sometimes I have to change mirrors to install packages, and some applications are not packages for void, so I have to look for open source alternatives that I have to compile.

I wanted to build and use cosmic epoch on my void linux system with seatd, but i could not find build and install instructions on the project's README.md. Although it did have installation instructions for PopOs, fedora and arch based distros. If someone has already installed it, can you please tell me if it is possible to install it on void with seatd and how do I install it...
