... Only if you start slacking on those memes! 😀
Glad to have you here, and welcome!
(OK maybe I should have posted this from my dbzer0 account and not my anarchist.nexus one, but its all part of the same parade anyway)

I'm wondering if the issue is SharePoint, not any DRM. yt-dlp and ffmpeg wouldn't be logged in, causing the problem. Try this:
Login into sharepoint in your browser
Get cookies for the page using a plugin, there are a variety of them out there and depends on your browser, but should be easy to find
Using the file you download, run yt-dlp like this:
yt-dlp --cookies=cookies.txt <url> -S proto:dash
I wish I had that answer.
Nintendo has issued strikes over a wide variety of youtube content for use of their music, from dedicated fan creators using Legend of Zelda or Super Smash Bros music over Lets Play style videos, reviews, etc, to an entire channel that hosted just Nintendo music (GilvaSunner). 2022 saw over 2200 strikes in just that year.
They are famously protective of their IP, including in situations of fair use..
Edit: Just to mention, the copyright act still applies to the federal government, as well as the state government. This has been in place since 1990. The joke of a supreme court we have now muddied the waters in 2020, but its more about state sovereign immunity in federal court, not about federal agency & copyright.
Yes, claims can be brought, damages can be required, and not any use can be considered fair use. Notably, damaging the brand by negatively impacting market value through the presentation excludes as fair use.
I live in the US, so I'm unfortunately all too aware. My options are dialup, DSL with speeds I had 20+ years ago, or a cable provider (not Comcast).
Even if they aren't viable (for example, the nonsensical DSL provider I mentioned), they may still have an offering. Mine is trying to give away netflix subs (with speeds that are barely usable). Doesn't change the message to the ISP though.
In October 2023, local news station ABC 10 reported that the Davis Joint Unified School District filed for a temporary restraining order against Bourne following a spate of bomb threats to local schools, libraries, and even the homes of educators.
Ahah, now I see why I remembered this nitwit!
Yeah, I expressed the same in another comment. Its impossible to move left if moving right is the only way to get elected. That isn't the same thing as saying stop if it gets a little better, just that goals need to be achievable.
Over 250 years of injustice can't be corrected by one person in a single term. It just isn't realistic.
I think my favorite example is Brooklyn 99, and the Jake/Amy relationship.
First season introduces the idea (but really later on in the season that its apparent it could be more), season 2 is will they won't they until a kiss at the end, season 3 they start a relationship, season 4 finishes with them moving in together, season 5 gets a proposal and the wedding, etc.
They take time developing the relationship as an idea, but they don't do the silly "Oh no, misunderstandings made us break up again!" crap, just a progressing relationship over the course of the series.
Some "fun" from Ted Cruz:

.... is there a reason anyone should care about or respect his opinion on anything?
(Edit: Typo in Hodges)
I'm planning to set up a farm (farmette is probably more accurate given the size we are looking for), and one of the things I was thinking about was sharing food.
I plan on lining the edges with some dwarf apple trees (for easy reach), some berry bushes, etc, as well as a spot for a "farm stand". I put it in quotes because no one would be there, no prices set, just grab if you need and give if you can sort of thing. And probably a little library, though I don't have much in the way of paper books anymore.
One thing I was trying to figure out is how to let people know its there. Are there "solidarity economy" maps on osm, or sites where people say they have something set up? Thats not the sort of places we wouldn't recommend obviously, like Facebook.
If anyone knows of something like that, let me know!
