I only read the article not the full report but without a lot of context this always sounds like a silly stat. Why wouldn't you reduce your costs if there was a "free" similar replacement? The two problems are that this is based on a future state that we haven't seen yet. And there's no proof in how similar AI will be to a similar job role.
