Yeah that's fairly common. It's called single track, which means it's only wide enough for one bike either way vs double track where two bikes could pass each other. There's a wide range of tails varying from super chill to life risking, so you can work your way up or just do what your comfortable with.

It's a huge rush and you can see more of the area on a bike. Suspension frames make bumps doable. Similar experience to skiing or snowboarding.
You could just immediately hand them out to unhoused folks to do two acts of kindness in one.
I had this issue on and off. I think what fixed it was removing myself from the beta program in Google Play and uninstalling then reinstalling.

My cat got cancer from the rabies vaccine, had to get his leg amputated, and now has a month or two left to live, so it's not completely outrageous to be weary. It's called an injection site or vaccine sarcoma. I'm not anti-vax, though. But I am sad about my cat's declining health.

Car drivers break the law at a far higher rate than cyclists. The are way more accidents not involving bikers. Sorry people being healthy and helping the environment while reducing traffic is a slight inconvenience to you while you sit in a climate controlled box.
