I’ve been thinking of just walking around tracks or trails but the weather over here has been cool with the wind and all. I don’t like gyms too much as there can be a lot of people there. I’ve gotten so lazy and uninterested in exercising since Covid. I eat healthy mostly except for ice cream most of the week. Haven’t worked in like a year so stay home a lot and bored af. Idk I just haven’t been myself since getting overweight and not exercising in some capacity. I have anxiety and depression as well so that factors in too. I only get motivated to make some changes when I get high at night and say I’m going to start doing things tomorrow. Once I’m sober I lack the motivation to do anything

32m here with no success with the opposite gender. Feels like my time of finding someone has gone past its chances. If I ever and I mine EVER find someone, how would I find the keys to her heart? How does one get out of their comfort zone with extreme anxiety and agoraphobia of public places? Yes I have had one on one therapy with a counselor but have gone like 2 weeks without seeing one. Currently not working and been that way for like a year now. Hopefully I can get out of this deep hole I’m in as I’m in a terrible rut right now.

I have social anxiety and never been in a relationship and find it very difficult as an average looking dude to meet women. I get bad anxiety when trying to approach a girl I like or find attractive so avoid it. I’m still working on myself so I know that needs to come first. Just looking to see what others did to find a girlfriend with similar difficulties.

I only seem to feel like my best self when I’m high on thc as I quit alcohol for the time being. I just feel as happy as a kid when I’m high. I feel very bland when I’m sober. I just can’t see being completely sober from weed too.

Growing up an Xbox guy mostly I’d say it’s pretty cool as I transitioned to PlayStation 5 this year. Graphics look intense for the remake of the original. I’ll definitely be purchasing the remake when it comes out

Mostly working on drinking as part of my recovery program but they also want me to quit thc as well. I use it mostly to wind down at night time and be locked in on my journaling and reading. Eventually I'd like to stop. Currently doing edible gummies so atleast my lungs get a break from the vaping. One day at a time I'd say is the motto

I have not had a drink since last Saturday and also started taking my naltrexone again yesterday. I feel confident now about not drinking these upcoming days and rest of summer. I just want that same fulfilling sensation I used to get prior to having my first drink. I still do THC but not in heavy doses. Eventually I'd like to stop that and just me naturally high on life but one thing at a time. Basically just checking in on here. God bless everyone trying to stop drinking. You got this

On my fifth day not drinking and not confident I can stop for the whole summer or forever. In recovery currently and still debating what I'm going to do. I'm prescribed naltrexone but don't take it. Only took it for a couple days when orignally prescribed it a few months ago. So yeah not sure if this alcohol abstinence is going to last all summer or forever

Looking for friends to play Fortnite with. Can be on PS5 or any platform
