Don't give ubisoft money. This remake is a full price game with $85 worth of extra dlc. It also has denuvo. Should be $40-50 max with no microtransactions for a single player remake.

No souls like currently. But just modded my switch, so I'm finally getting to totk and mp4.

As for Sony. Been a huge PS fan since the PS1. I have 1 physical ps5 game, everything else is digital and I'm still pissed about ending physical. So, next I'm putting a spare 500gb hdd into my ps3 and modding it. Just got a sd2vita so I can mod my vita. And I'll probably look into modding the ps4 next. Any future PS5 games will be on disc, and used. Already canceled plus over a year ago due to the price hikes. Sony lost a multiple decade long fan with this boneheaded move.

Thanks. And, yeah I don't have anything that needs to be accessible via the internet except plex, and plex handles that. Everything else, I'm fine with tailscale.

My setup is pretty similar. Could you help me with whether I should use proxmox?

Currently have everything on my gaming pc, but moving to it's own dedicated pc. I have about 15 services running, all docker compose.

Debating between proxmox or debian. And was leaning towards Debian as I think I'd just have one VM of Debian with all my docker stuff, and I figured it being a VM would just add extra complications.

Do you think proxmox would be worth it in my case, or am I completely wrong in my thinking of putting all my dockers in one vm, and that's not how it should be done?

You clearly haven't used proton recently. With the exception of malware level anticheat the only issue I've had is forza horizon 6 was pretty shit at launch. (Not available on switch by the way)

Pretty much everything just works now. At most I might need to switch between proton versions. All of the MS games on pc, not on switch. All of the PS games on pc, not on switch. And that's just in the AAA space. Indie games galore not available on switch.

Switch is fine, but it doesn't come close to what you'd get from a steam machine, or any desktop pc.

Epic probably has more games in their store than Nintendo. Steam has significantly more games than epic. There's no comparison. You miss out on a handful of Nintendo exclusives, or literally thousands of PC exclusives.

Significantly less games, and Nintendo hardly ever has sales. So you will easily make up that difference in software over the life of the machine. Unless you're going for the Nintendo exclusives, this doesn't seem like a better deal.

What about blood meal and bone meal? Still animal product but not poop. I'm still pretty new gardening, so not sure on effectiveness.

That's great for older hardware. I just modded my switch. I might look into it for my ps3 or ps4 as well. Would potentially bring life back to a device thats collecting dust in storage.

Do you have the ps3 that has the ps2 hardware in it? I got a later model that I think that backwards compatibly hardware was removed. Wondering if you could still play ps2, or if you need one of the original models?

If this was a lone decision, it's a reaction. Same time as deleting purchased movies from your library is an attack.

I have 1 physical PS5 disc. Everything else is digital. I get the convenience factor. But after Sony just deleted over 500 movies that people bought from their library, I don't trust Sony. So even preferring digital, I will never buy another digital product from them. I'll still play wolverine and other exclusives, but I'm buying physical. And used, because fuck you Sony, you aren't getting another cent from me. I've had every single console, including the vita and PS+ since the ps3, that recently got canceled when the stopped letting you stack membership.

While completely ignoring the fact that there is at least competition on pc and therefore more likely to get the games for significantly cheaper. No online costs. And at least 2 of the PC storefronts have never given us a reason to fear losing our library that we paid for. And if they ever did enshitify and steal our digital games from us, we could easily sail the seas and recover our games.

Love the way it looks.

Think I prefer the basic salad mix taste though. Think this would be better for adding some color to another green.

Currently running all my docker compose containers on my gaming PC. 15 containers in total. Mostly *arr stack, plex, immich, home assistant, actual budget and jellyfin. Running on Mint.

Want to get these onto a dedicated pc. I have a mini with a I5 10-600, 32GB ram. I've played with it a little with jellyfin, on Debian and don't think I was able to get quick sync enabled with my testing, and one transcode pretty much maxed out the CPU usage. To use this PC, I'd need to buy a 4 bay USB HDD enclosure.

So, basically I'm just wondering before I spend money and time if the hardware is even capable enough for my usage. 3 concurrent streams is probably the most it'd ever see, ideally with no more than 2 transcodes. Immich, home assistant etc are all pretty new and just in testing for now, but would only have 2 users total. Mostly using Plex, jellyfin is also in testing so it'll be ready if plex enshitifies too much.

I bought a used Forester, from a mechanic shop with a verbal warranty for 2 years. Covers engine and transmission. Transmission has to be replaced, and I'm being told it's not covered.

He initially thought it was something attached (not sure what) and that leaks weren't covered. But now that he's dropped the transmission, he's saying it's leaking out of I think a crack in the transmission case. And since the internal parts didn't break warranty doesn't apply.

Am I being fucked over? I don't see how the entire transmission replacement isn't covered under a transmission warranty. USA

Not big into racing games, but FH6 is making me interested. Last racing game I really got into was burnout paradise on the PS3 I think. I don't care about online at all, this would pretty much be solo story play, and exploring Tokyo.

I just don't know much about forza, the different editions, if I'd like the controls. Is horizon more like burnout or NFS, or more sim racing?

First asparagus spear popping out of the ground. Was a bit worried as I didn't spread the roots as much as I should have, but I think they're going to be ok. Hopefully the other 23 crowns grow soon.

5 pressure treated 2x4x8. Framed in the doorway and installed the screen door. Still to do. I have some black 1/2" fencer wire coming. Going to turn it into a small catio. Total cost, about $240 for the wood, screen door and fencer wire. Already had all the screws etc. I needed.

Been an nvidia fan most of my life. But between Windows 10 EoL, and nvidia still gimping their GPUs ram it was time to move on. New 9070 xt. Figuring out optiscaler for fsr4 was an initial hurdle but now that everything is up and working initial impressions are great.

Looking to put gutters here.

This is how others next door are done, as well as how the ones I'm replacing were done previously. Basically a downspout connected between two gutter's via a hole cut in them.

Is this actually the correct way to do this, or is there a better way that doesn't seem so janky and leak prone.

First time trying to plant onions. I'm in a long day zone, 8b. Bought 2 packs of seeds from the local home center, walla walla and red Burgundy. Walla seems to be a long day, and at least from my internet search red is short.

Was planning on doing fall planting and over winter. Question would be if I'm wasting my time on the reds or if a short day onion will bulb in a long day zone if planted in fall?

I was also planning on doing some spring planting as well, and comparing the 2. I'm guessing walla walla would be ok for that but not red.
