Barreleyes get sorta close. They look up but can look forward too.
It’s not hard to file taxes. Especially for an individual, with a normal W2 income, and not much else. Certain people try to make it hard, but it’s not.
I don’t need to pay someone to put a number on a form.
That’s the point. Poor people gambling can’t write off their losses on taxes. Well, they can, just only up to 90%. Rather than all of it like it has been.
Ah, and only 90% of gambling losses. Looks like another point against the poor.
Not that I’m condoning gambling, but, weird how those things impact polar opposite sides of the wealth gap.
Have you looked at the literacy rate?
No wonder millennials can’t afford a house, with all the avocado toast and 10-ply toilet paper. /s
Funny, I was here to also tell a story except about a psych nurse. A “friend” of a friend. This actually happened recently. Dude was a cop, as was my friend(past tense is important here), they bonded over PTSD as well as both being on a psych unit. Well, dude tells a lot of stories about his copping days, and my buddy vouches for him as a date for a coworker. Turns out, guy is crazy, gets super possessive, crazy stuff like sending hundreds of texts a day, and violently rapes her. His whole backstory of being a cop was a lie, after digging, and finding close to double digits social media accounts, turns out he was separated for “administrative purposes” and moved here.
Most unsettling thing, for both me, and my friend, is, there weren’t really a ton of egregious red flags. Looking back, sure, but in the moment, absolutely not. He’s having a hard time trusting his judgment(insert quip about being a cop at one point). I truly believe that was the first psychopath I’ve met.
Those jeeps are in my area!
So glad my dead mother will definitely see justice. /s
That’s how my little sister got her nickname. They’d say her name as “baby _____” and I couldn’t say baby so it was just “b _____” and she’s been “B” ever since. Her name doesn’t have a B in it.
You’d think there’d be a threshold where they just say “no” though?
I’m not shocked I got approved, even with that interest rate, my credit isn’t bad, just non existent.
I’m shocked my friend got approved with 2 judgements. What’s the point of a judgment? I suppose I don’t know the details, they could be old, etc. just seems irresponsible.
