Fucker always seems to have the worst luck.

Unconfirmed where but almost a guarantee he'll pop up in NXT I figure.

But I was most surprised by Tessa Blanchard being mentioned in the Tuesday night results. I usually skim Lucha blog once a week or so and I don’t recall seeing her name since she returned to TNA so I don’t know if this is her return or if I’m just a blind gringo.

I think she's been working both, CM shows a dozen+ CMLL matches just since October for example.

Also just announced her engagement or marriage (idk idc enough lol) to her bf who is in CMLL.

They definitely could, Mathews works for AEW as well.

Velvet Sky had a Hall of Fame career in TNA Wrestling, but never signed with WWE despite having multiple appearances as an extra.

On social media, Sky explained why she was never signed by WWE.

The reason I didn’t get signed, per right from Johnny Ace’s mouth at our meeting at headquarters when I was told prior to the meeting that I was gonna be signed, was because I was in a long term relationship with one of the talent who worked there at the time, and I was told by Ace that he “didn’t want HIS divas dating within the company.”

I chose loyalty to my long term man at the time and got passed up because I wasn’t single. 🥴 Oh well. I had a helluva career at TNA and wouldn’t have changed it for anything. ✌🏼

Tonight, SmackDown comes to us from Buffalo, New York!

The card for tonight's show will be:

WWE Women's Title Match
Jade Cargill (c) vs. Michin

Eight Man Tag Team Match
Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley vs. Lash Legend, Nia Jax & The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane)

Ambulance Match
Aleister Black (w/Zelina) vs. Damian Priest

And more!

Please check your local listings for more information on how to watch. Card subject to change, enjoy your show!

Just not with that specific wording cause we'll probably attract the Boogaloo Babe back to the business lol`

Edit: Boogaloo, not Boobaloo lol

Madison Rayne has announced her retirement.

Rayne competed on the January 1st episode of ROH TV, teaming with Deonna Purrazzo in a loss to Billie Starkz & Diamante.

In a backstage segment, Rayne said that it was the end of an era for her. “I know it was coming. This time comes in everyone’s career.” She said she lost a piece of herself when she lost her dad, but she is refinding herself as a coach in AEW and ROH.

Rayne said that teaming with Purrazzo was a perfect way to end her 20-year career.

Rayne made her debut in 2005 as Lexi Lane.

She is a former five-time TNA Women’s Knockout Champion and three-time TNA Women’s Knockout Tag Team Champion. She competed in TNA, ROH, and AEW during her career. She was also part of the 2018 Mae Young Classic.

Rayne signed with AEW as a coach and wrestler in August 2022.
