I'm jealous. I'd love to leave the US, but shit is expensive and all of my family is here. Maybe some day.
Litmus test for if something should happen: do nestle and coke want it? Do the opposite.
I really don't like judging food without having tried it, but I just can't imagine that raccoon meat tastes amazing.
It's probably just based off of normal shrinkage metrics that stores already collect anyway. If you could get target, Walmart, and Costco to give you their data, that'd be thousands of stores.
