There were a bunch of these one second appearances in the episode. Like a flicker of DJ Flame at one point and something else.

OH, he's the flame princess!! (duh!)

I thought he was some weird alternate princess bubblegum that also existed alongside the current alternate one, which is why Fiona was smitten with him.

I forgot Finn and Flame had a thing
