It annoys me that there is a 2 item jump from lvl 1-2 and nowhere else.
7 images would have lacked symmetry, and skipping over the "bigger blanket" would have blunted the joke by reducing the ridiculousness.
Choices clearly had to be made.
I would simply have skipped the candle as it was the least essential to the joke
Maybe. I think it adds some balance to the image, so maybe you skip the tea instead. But then, no tea.
