I guess enthralment does not apply for most neurodivergents.

Really? I thought both autism and ADHD had enthrallment basically as a symptom. I admit I am not familiar with any other neurodivergency, so my knowledge is definitely limited

Yep, my point is that hyperfixation comes out of the box, and often it comes with a cost of everything else.

Have you done that test where they give you a kind of "rpg character sheet", where there are ND and NT traits and they put scores on each trait?

Well it seems I minmaxed for a very specific character build.
