I'm not sure how to explain it in english, but I was jokingly tying this piece of news to SpaceX's efforts with landing rockets, which have been made so in order to be reusable, thus save money on every launch. It was meant as aburdist humor. In the event you did understand, and were in fact adding to my joke, please forgive me.
