Yeah, so, the Pantsir system hasn't exactly proven to be particularly reliable.
It can't hit targets for shit either.
That's funny, my first thought was 'That's a really clean room for what is supposed to be a missile strike.' .
Given then state of the missile remains, I presume it also failed to arm itself and / or failed to detonate. Got to hand it to the Russians: Their failures are, if nothing else, remarkably comprehensive.
Itβs just the first stage that detached and fell through the roof, so the final state of the actual payload is unknown
