That is not satire so much, the admin is taking under the table payments from everyone. Too bad everyone is so cowed or we could expose it, layers of shell corps by prez's greasy lawyer fixers.
We have a mobster prez, which is not good or cool despite the dumbass movies you might have seen. Organized crime makes things more expensive and less useful, they are purely parasitical, outside of providing black market needs.
Prez is also blackmailing, lifelong but his prez terms supercharged his collections and ability to make the exposed dirt to get infected as prez so to speak. Israel and russia are blackmailing our polits too. This is why you do not elect cynical crooks to office.
Israel, in the form of AIPAC, is openly manipulating our politicians.
