yes because coastline is exactly the same thing as a land border that people literally walk across.

but sure if you want to talk about coastline, go ahead and add all the southern US coastline as well.

I don't know if you've heard but there was a big migrant crisis at the border at one point. Hasn't hit the news now though. Water isn't that much of a deterrent.
