HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — Police in Caddo Valley, Arkansas, could not dodge a criminally convicted woman’s lawsuit that her arresting officer, despite her pleas, left her emotional support dog Bank inside her car, where he died. The police allegedly disposed of Bank’s remains in the municipal sanitation system without her knowledge and provided no explanation or documentation regarding his death, handling or disposal.
